Viet Hoops originally started as a annual tournament back in the late 2000s where all games were played at Hoopdome located in North York, ON. Amidst the pandemic, Viet Hoops was brought back to life taking place as an outdoor basketball league where all games were played at Fallstaff Basketball Court located in North York, ON. Due to popularity from the community Viet Hoops has now grown to over 8 teams with the main goal is to serve the Vietnamese community and promote heritage and culture through sport. All games are now played at Eurostep Gym located in Etobicoke, ON.
